I Am Hungry... Feed Me Now!

I am trying to lose weight and am about to go crazy! There are a ten million diets and a million people who say they have found one that works.  The trouble is... there are still millions of over weight (fat!) people.Low carb scale

If there are so many effective diets why is American the home of more fat folks than any other country on earth? 

Have you stopped to think that having so many "heavy" people on one side of the planet could throw the globe out of balance.  Earth could start to wobble and throw us all out into space!

See, it is your duty to lose weight and save humanity!

The Problem

Here's the problem..."We Eat Too Much!"

Let me throw in my 2-cents.  "A low carb plan is one of the best ways to break the cycle of carbohydrate addiction and take back your life and your health."

Yes, I know, talk is cheap, but the truth is that a low carb plan helps you gain control of your cravings and repair years of damage caused by eating too many carbohydrates.

No Sissie Zone

Losing weight is not for sissies!  There is no denying you will still have monster cravings for carbohydrates.  Especially for the first three or four weeks.  But it you will treat yourself with some tough love you can live through the pain and find that those craving really do diminish.  Not disappear, but diminish. 

Eat small meals or snacks that contain protein every few hours. That eating plain will keep your blood sugars stable and avoid desperation you feel when the hunger devil begins to get the upper hand.

And for gosh sakes, don't try Skipping meals.  That will just cause a drop in your blood sugar level and leave you feeling like you would kill for a hot fudge sundae.

The focus of a low carb plan is protein and fat. They give you the energy needed to get through your busy day.  You must have the essential fats, but don't go crazy.  Try some Omega 3 fish oil supplement to help stave off carbohydrate cravings.

Here's something I will bet you didn't know.  Dehydration can be the source of food craving! Guzzle a big class of spring water when you feel like you are about ready to eat the whole cake.  When your body is well hydrated it works better and you won't feel they need to stuff food into your month..

Look, no one said this low card diet thing was going to be easy.  Most of us have become addicted to  carbohydrates.  You must suffer to break that addition.  Use that suffering to beg for compassion for those around you.  The suffering only last for a few days... it says here. 

Give yourself two or three weeks to adjust to low carb eating.  The suffering will soon be over, you will be in much better health, you will feel better about yourself and your body will begin to look like that of a goddess. 

OK, it's time to get real.  Put on your glasses and look in the mirror.  If you have more chins than a Chinese phone book run, don't walk, to the nearest low carb diet.
